A Blueprint for Systemic Reform: Money, Waste, and Urban Innovation
To: Elon Musk
From: Sylwester Bogusiak
Date: May 17, 2026
Dear Elon,
I am writing to you to share three interconnected concepts that I have been developing for
many years. These ideas address fundamental flaws in our current systems—from how we
manage our economy and environment to how we design the cities of the future. I believe
that your open-minded approach and capacity to execute at a global scale make you the
ideal person to evaluate these proposals. Please consider this letter as a “BASIC program
for your brain”—a framework designed to spark deeper inquiry into systemic change.

1. Reclaiming the Monetary System: The IMMR Alliance and Triple-Entry Bookkeeping
We must urgently address the state of global monetary reform. As a webmaster,
programmer, editor, and active member of the International Movement for Monetary
Reform (IMMR) Alliance, I have concluded that the current trajectory of Positive Money UK
is no longer aligned with the true goals of the movement. While Positive Money UK was
highly effective under the leadership of its founder, Ben Dyson, it has since lost its
foundational direction. In contrast, Positive Money Poland remains committed to the core
mission.
My proposals for systemic economic reform are simple and logical. We need a
comprehensive overhaul of social welfare and banking products. Specifically, I advocate
for a transition to credit without usury, facilitated by the implementation of triple-entry
bookkeeping. By leveraging cryptographically secure shared ledgers, triple-entry
accounting provides a robust, transparent framework that eliminates the need for interest-
bearing debt creation by private banks. This is not just a financial upgrade; it is a
necessary step toward a sustainable and equitable global economy.

2. The 369 SORTWASTE Campaign: A Mathematical Standard for
Recycling
Inspired by the principles of Nikola Tesla—who famously stated that 3, 6, and 9 are the
keys to the universe—and the vortex mathematics of Marko Rodin, I have developed the
369 SORTWASTE methodology. At its core is a simple linear equation: (X + Y + Z) = 18,
where X=3, Y=6, and Z=9.
This equation provides a logical, mathematically defined theory for waste sorting, moving
us away from chaotic, localized recycling rules toward a universal system. I strongly
believe that the 369 SORTWASTE method should be adopted as an ISO Norm. It
organizes waste streams to maximize recovery and minimize residual entropy, utilizing the
Golden Ratio (Phi) to optimize the physical design of the recycling infrastructure (the EKO
AB369 system).
To launch this campaign globally, our strategic starting point is the village of Moscow—
located just 6 kilometers south of the A1-A2 motorway junction near Stryków, and 3
kilometers east of Łódź, Poland. I invite you to review my recent English-language articles
on www.369sortwaste.pl, where I have documented interactions with both Manus AI and
your highly capable Grok AI regarding this framework.

3. Lodka Valley: Building a Modern Metropolis in Central Europe
Finally, I want to draw your attention to Lodka Valley, an administrative estate located in
the city of Łódź, Poland. Currently, this area is underutilized, but it possesses the perfect
geographic and economic fundamentals to become a modern metropolis.
Situated in central Poland and the exact middle of Europe, Lodka Valley offers a unique
terrain, close proximity to major motorway crossroads, and a low cost per square meter. It
is one of the best locations in Europe to build a truly modern estate, including world-record
tall skyscrapers and advanced urban infrastructure. We need visionary, large-scale
investors to recognize this potential and initiate the debate on the future of this space.
More details and our ongoing petition can be found at www.lodkavalley.pl.

Conclusion
These three projects—monetary reform via triple-entry bookkeeping, the mathematically
driven 369 SORTWASTE ISO norm, and the urban development of Lodka Valley—
represent a cohesive vision for a more logical, sustainable, and prosperous future.
I am an open-minded person, much like yourself, and I would be honored to have a voice
call with you to discuss these projects freely. I wish you continued success in all your
endeavors.
